∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Ticketing, AMA, by using GDS GALILEO, Reservation/ Ticketing, Sabre
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Ticket using GDS (Sabre/ Galileo/ Amadeus/Web modules), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Book Hotels, Tour Package.
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Complete knowledge about ADM policies , BSP Link, IATA regulations.
∎ Book hotels, excursions, transfers using booking engines
∎ Monitoring ticket status
∎ Manage Daily Official works. Making invoices & maintain ticketing-related accounts.
∎ Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali
∎ Ability to Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Deal with incoming emails including corresponding with local and overseas vendors. Indoor & Outdoor office assignment work with marketing.
∎ Fluent in English corresponding.
∎ Any other Tasks assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 39 years
∎ At least 2 (two) year(s)with reputed IATA accredited travel agency.
