Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major responsibilities
∎ Responsibility #1: Planning and Field Operation - Prepare action plan and ensure timely implementation with standards, Support Field Engineer to ensure they are delivered on time, with cost and quality standards, Capacity Development of Field Engineer/ WASH Facilitator/ Volunteer /Technicians for WASH facilities maintenance activities. Monitoring/follow up of new construction work and regular maintenance work of all WASH facilities, take effective steps to keep the facilities functional.
∎ Responsibility #2: Coordination and Team Management - Coordinate project activities and distribution of responsibilities amongst the F.Es to organize the monitoring and tracking system of all components of the project. Maintain coordination and liaison with sectors of VERC, UNICEF Site Coordinator, CIC Office, Site Management Office and other stakeholders, maintain networking and regular communication with service providers of respective camps, maintain a local operational communications network and good relation with local and government authorities, financing, donor representatives, UN agencies and other international agencies.
∎ Responsibility #3: Supervision and Monitoring - Monitoring and supportive supervision to PWN, Tube well, Latrine, WASH Block, Drainage maintenance activities, extend supportive supervision through community consultation meetings, Kobo data collection, FGD etc., reporting / communication / representation.
∎ Responsibility #4: Finance and logistics - Ensure administrative, financial and project compliance to ensure quality implementation, proper utilization of project resources in line with organizational policy.
∎ Responsibility #5 Documentation and Reporting - Ensure quality data collection and timely submission of reports and required documents through Kobo and ONA, prepare reports of concerned activities and maintain assigned documentation of the project process, prepare case stories in line with WASH project strategy to show the value, impact and quality outcome of the project, support to M&D Officers preparing monthly and quarterly progress reports, representation, ensure that all reports are delivered on time and in the correct format, draft activity reports and any Annexes relating to specific activities for the financial donor reports and/or amendments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) in similar sector (like - WASH Sector, working in Rohingya Refugee camp)
∎ University Degree in related field or sufficient working experience to substitute
∎ 5-7 years professional experience in WASH Program management, including budgeting, proposal development, reporting and implementation oversight
∎ Strong relation with authorities and stake holders in the area of operation
∎ Good communication skills, good in written and spoken English
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office with AutoCAD 3D
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle and should have valid driving license
