Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate Key growth sales strategy, tactics and action plans and monitor accordingly.
∎ Formulate & action plan for all advertising , publicity and brand management.
∎ Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management.
∎ Operate team for sales, campaign and other marketing activities.
∎ Any other duties assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years experience as a role of "Team Leader "to operate at least 15-20 persons .
∎ Must be excellent at designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve desired results. Give motivation to the team and ability to get desired output from the Sales team & marketing campaign operation team .
∎ Strong communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels within the company and extremely and team skills, working in a matrix environment.
