∎ Job Location: Plot-15, Road-02, Block-H, Aftab Nagar, Badda, Dhaka-1212

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle NBR and other regulatory bodies in connection to Tax matters.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of Income Tax related issues;
∎ Calculation of taxable income and preparation of annual Corporate Tax return and submit to applicable authorities and obtain final assessment order and clearance certificate;
∎ Calculation of taxable income and preparation of individual return for directors and submit to applicable authorities and obtain final assessment order and clearance certificate;
∎ Withholding tax return preparation and submission;
∎ Liaising and maintaining all tax related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities to obtain tax benefits;
∎ Monitor deduction of Tax at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time;
∎ Prepare tax plan to enjoy all benefits, credits, exemptions etc. available under the law;
∎ Regular communication with tax lawyer and process documents according their requirement;
∎ RJSC and other legal issues related to company affairs;
∎ Other tasks of accounts department instructed by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ ITP certificate is desirable;
∎ Must have minimum five (5) years hands-on experience in handling of TAX and other legal issues related to company affairs;
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on Tax Return Preparation and Submission;

Salary:
∎ Monthly salary will be offered BDT 50,000-55,000/- based on experience and educational background.
