• Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy for raw materials, packaging, and equipment. Identify and onboard reliable local and international suppliers that align with the brand's premium positioning.

• Vendor Development & Management: Establish a robust vendor development program to ensure long-term supply stability and quality consistency. Conduct regular vendor audits and performance evaluations based on quality, lead times, and ethical standards.

• Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead high-level negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable credit terms, and service level agreements (SLAs). Manage the "payment plan" cycle in coordination with the finance department to ensure healthy vendor relationships and cash flow.

• Planning & Inventory Control: Oversee demand planning and forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstocking of perishable bakery ingredients. Implement rigorous inventory control measures and wastage reduction protocols across all storage facilities and outlets.

• Logistics & Delivery Operations: Manage the "last-mile" delivery process to ensuring products reach cafés and B2B partners on time and in optimal condition. Optimize warehousing and distribution routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Process Integration & Monitoring: Complete the "entire circle" of SCM by integrating sourcing, inventory, and delivery into a unified digital or manual tracking system. Prepare regular reports on procurement savings, inventory turnover, and supply chain bottlenecks for senior management.
