Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate technical and commercial proposal for new supplier.
∎ Generate all contract and renew it in regular basis.
∎ Supply Chain Planning.
∎ Lean Activities Through 5S;7S.
∎ Procurement Comparative statement analysis for group.
∎ Synchronization of supply against demand.
∎ Smart House Keeping Plan and control.
∎ Demand and distribution planning.
∎ Responsible for developing effective supplier base / best vendor.
∎ Maintaining efficient business relationship and conduct periodic assessment of supplier performance.
∎ Best Material Sourcing Abilities
∎ Responsible for overseeing Demand Planning, Inventory Turnover and Control / Stock Count / Cycle Counting, Material Movement and Cost Analysis, Trend Analysis, Maintain Stock Re-order Level / Safety Stock, Market Intelligence.
∎ Set KPI for all staff of Supply Chain department.
∎ Effective Loader Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Vast knowledge of supply chain of garments industry.
∎ Knows good sources of products and services required for garments factory.
