Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle regular transport operations and monitor vehicle movement.
∎ Arrange appropriate vehicles for transportation of goods.
∎ Continuous follow up with Vendors and service providers for on time solution.
∎ Identify and develop dedicated and alternate service providers, source for, achieving cost effective services and reduction in delivery time.
∎ Check physical conditions of the vehicle regularly.
∎ Ensure proper documentation as per the standard commercial vehicle checklist.
∎ Periodically brief the drivers on transport policy.
∎ Effectively design and update standard operating procedure and planning their implementation.
∎ Verify Transportation related bills and follow up for payments with finance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Transportation Manager or similar role.
∎
∎ Solid knowledge on relevant laws and regulations.
∎
∎ Familiarity with logistics software.
∎
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎
∎ Ability to supervise and train staff.
∎
∎ Problem-solving abilities.
