Responsibilities & Context:
∎ News room coordination·
∎ Driver Scheduling & Driver roster management·
∎ Responsible for maintaining vehicles update documents, registration, insurance, fitness, tax token, route permit and police case etc.
∎ Prepare the monthly & yearly expenses statement on the basis of each vehicle report.
∎ Responsible for daily pool vehicle movement schedule plan.· All vehicle maintenance.
∎ Process of fuel & accessories reimbursement.
∎ Monitoring & record keeping of all vehicles accidents and take necessary step.
∎ Have to prepare Vehicle tracking update.
∎ Preserving the legal documents of vehicles.
∎ Conduct driver's interview.
∎ Keeping record of all vehicle expenses.
∎ Maintain daily driver's attendance report.
∎ Others miscellaneous work as and when management requires.
∎ Only males are encouraged to apply

∎ Experience in TV Channel will get high priority
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
