∎ Previous experience in a similar role or in firefighting and emergency response
∎ Certification in Fire Safety Management or relevant professional certification
∎ Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and enforce safe operating techniques for equipment
∎ Conduct daily safety toolbox meetings and supervise site safety at construction sites
∎ Maintain inventory of PPE and safety equipment, and ensure compliance through inspections
∎ Provide safety training to construction officers, staff, and workers
∎ Update daily Person on Board (POB) register and maintain site man-hour board
∎ Perform HSE inspections, maintain inspection action register, and track safety action items
∎ Inspect and verify equipment and vehicle safety checklists
∎ Report incidents, inspect fire extinguishers, and conduct hazard hunts for fire-related issues
∎ Translate training modules, safety messages, alerts, and signs into Bangla for worker comprehension and site posting as directed by supervisor
