∎ Applicants should have wide experience in dyeing factory specially in “Cone Dyeing”.
∎ Proven leadership and team management skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in mechanical, electrical and electronics engineering fields.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Sound knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications relevant to maintenance management.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all technical issues related to the operation of the dyeing factory.
∎ Get the most efficient dyeing production output considering fuel, electricity and gas consumption besides smart machine maintenance
∎ Led the maintenance department and ensured the smooth operation of all equipment and systems (Dyeing Machine, Hydro, RF Dryer, Generator, Boiler, ETP, WTP, Electric Substation, Crane, Lift, Utility etc.)
∎ Develop and implement maintenance procedures, strategies, and systems to ensure maximum uptime and minimum downtime.
∎ Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and ensure uninterrupted production.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement department for the timely sourcing of spare parts and equipment.
∎ Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
∎ Take the lead in complying with the buyer requirements regarding ETP maintenance, renewable energy utilization, water consumption, technical audit and relevant matters.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations in the maintenance department.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team as needed.
∎ Keep abreast of the latest developments in yarn dyeing and textile sector and maintenance practices.
