∎ The applicants should have worked experience with Lafar, Stenter, Sclavos machineries.
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic.
∎ Willing to stay at factory site.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall responsible for maintenance of equipment of dyeing machineries.
∎ Ensure mechanical maintenance periodically.
∎ Work for the development of current and upcoming projects including installation & commissioning of new machines.
∎ Ensure that the Mechanical installations of the factories are compliant according to national and international regulations like.
∎ Work on different Mechanical CAP s given by relevant buyers.
∎ Report to management for all sorts technical issues related to Maintenance & utility services.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Supervision of erection, commissioning of machinery.
∎ Can forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
