Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic planning focuses on aligning growth strategies with the organization's vision and coordinating long-term plans across business units.
∎ Evaluate market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and risks while analyzing performance data to provide insights for corporate decision-making.
∎ Develop business cases, evaluate financial impacts with cross-functional teams, and manage reporting tools to support strategic initiatives and financial reviews.
∎ Drive strategic initiatives by overseeing execution, analyzing processes, assessing risks, and monitoring progress to ensure measurable outcomes.
∎ Engage stakeholders by advising leadership, aligning departmental priorities, and delivering solutions to meet business needs.
∎ Measure performance by developing KPIs and creating dashboards to track and communicate progress to stakeholders.
∎ Establish brand equity by aligning corporate strategy with brand strategy initiatives.
