Understanding of the local Bangladesh market and vendor network.
Willing to travel frequently.
Understanding of Permit Procedures and Promotional Activations in Public Areas.
Able to compile promotion reports digitally (e.g. using Google Sheets, WhatsApp reporting, or internal tools).
Able to multitask and manage timelines under tight project deadlines.
Capable of developing promotion calendars, setting channel strategies (offline/online), and defining relevant KPIs.
Strong leadership skills, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A leading international convenience store chain and one of the largest in its home country is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Marketing Manager to oversee and coordinate all marketing functions in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.
Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing integrated promotional campaigns that align with the company’s marketing and merchandising strategies, with the goal of enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and increasing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a promotional calendar in coordination with the Merchandise Team, ensuring alignment with ATL and BTL strategies.
Propose and manage budgets for the execution of promotional programs.
Select promotional items to be featured in the bi-weekly Promos to support customer loyalty and boost sales.
Evaluate supplier-sponsored programs and monitor their effectiveness to ensure alignment with promotional objectives.
Set guidelines and standards for promotional tools and media based on campaign goals.
Conduct regular competitor analysis focusing on key promotional themes and tactics.
Monitor and track promotional participation data
Estimate leaflet needs for each Promo edition and coordinate with the printing and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
Coordinate with the purchasing team to obtain quotations and oversee the procurement process for all promotional tools and materials.
Manage the procurement and distribution of out-of-store communication materials, BTL tools, and branding assets.
Maintain close coordination with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure all promotional designs follow the approved concept and layout guidelines.
Plan and implement ATL campaigns such as TV commercials, video promotions, and digital store-based promotions.
Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
