Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
∎ Oriental Power and OG Elevator is two sister concern of Oriental Group. It represents Lift & Generator of a significant brand IFE & AIRMAN (Japanese), Only Sole distributor in Bangladesh.
∎ Oriental Power and OG Elevator is looking an energetic, honest, hard working & dedicated Manager/ Sr. Manager who has good leadership skills and able to create an Innovative sales team and new markets.
∎ Candidates with proven track records in the area of Marketing and Sales specifically selling Generators and Elevators, and those who are fully confident, that they have the required strategy, skills, experience to deal with International Brands like AIRMAN Generator and IFE Elevators are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Responsible for Sales and Marketing of IFE Lift & Escalator and AIRMAN Generator.
∎ Responsible for Creating new market & develop alternate sales channel.
∎ Leading a Marketing team dealing in the field of power Equipment (Generator / Lift / Compressor)
∎ Responsible for Ensuring achievement of sales target.
∎ Direction & execution of marketing program (Social media, Campaigns, Clients seminar, Public events etc.)
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing & sales executives to enhance team building/ spirit.
∎ Requires providing regular reports of the sales, including sales activity, figures, lead management and opportunity tracking, to optimize sales results and to give information to the sales organization.
∎ Collaborates with all related internal contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of the respective local business strategy.
