Job Summary:

Nourish Foods Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for the position of Manager/Senior Manager in the Accounts Division. The role involves managing financial operations, preparing reports, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will oversee budgeting, cash flow, tax planning, and audit processes while supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project expenditures and prepare cost reports with variance analysis

• Ensure timely financial documentation and approval of project-related payments

• Manage cash flow to ensure operational liquidity

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports

• Evaluated Internal Controls in a timely manner, to ensure operational efficiency

• Monitor and control office expenses and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes

• Leading and preparing annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning financial activities in coordination with the finance team

• Overseeing comprehensive tax planning (VAT, AIT, Corporate Tax).

• Support month-end and year-end closings and audit processes

• Analyse project-wise expenses, cost canters, and budget variances, including zero-based budgeting

• Ensure compliance with IAS, IFRS, standards

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software for financial reporting

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
