∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: accessories sourcing, Fabric Sourcing, Raw Materials Sourcing, Sweater Marketing, Sweater Merchandising, Sweater production

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2 to 4 years experience in same position, Sweater Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing quality products, comparative price & on time delivery. Creation and ongoing value creation with a world class supply base.
∎ Price negotiates with vendor with proper costing to meet the buyer price.
∎ Orders follow up based on supplier risk factor to ensure shipment on time.
∎ Creation and management of short, mid, and long term goals and objectives.
∎ Creation and improvement of best-practice based processes (e.g., leadership of high value/
∎ strategic sourcing efforts)
∎ Management of business process outsourcing activities
∎ Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities
∎ Management of procurement staff in (and across) sourcing, contracting, transactional
∎ purchasing, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support
∎ activities
∎ Budget management for categories under management - and for procurement itself
∎ Building a Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) to help transform Procurement, and also support broader transformation of the value chain and the enterprise.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sourcing in Sweater Factory
∎ Must have experience to work with major Sweater buyers'.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in Writing and speaking English.
∎ Good command of sourcing processes.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
