∎ Oxfam GB is looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager within our Asia region to plan and manage information technology (IT) activities. This involves leading a regional service desk and matrix management of IT staff across the region.
∎ The role is heavily involved in stakeholder relationships, with a goal to exceed customer expectations and meet defined service level agreements (SLAs). The team is also part of a global service delivery, maintaining “follow the sun” IT support for colleagues in the Africa, MENA and the UK.
∎ The role can be based in any country within the Asia region where Oxfam GB has a presence and can host staff in the following locations: Bangladesh, Nepal, and the Philippines.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per Oxfam National C1 pay band, starting annual salary for this role is BDT 2,918,255.00 (13 months) with other benefits e.g., medical for self, spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, life insurance, mobile allowance, and other admissible benefits as per the organizational policy. For highly competent & experienced candidates the salary can be negotiable.
