Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize monthly meeting, give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set individual's target.
∎ Plan, develop and execute innovative annual marketing plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue and profitability of Company's products (Plastic Division) and to ensure consistent and sustainable growth through efficient management of overall sales operations by providing necessary strategic input, implementing strategic decisions and performing necessary periodic follow-up and evaluation.
∎ Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere efforts and leadership skills.
∎ All the above experience should be focus in the plastic product instance as "Onetime disposable item of Cup, Glass, Bowl, Plate, Bottle, Jar, CSD Cap, varieties item of Ice cream cup etc.
∎ Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
∎ Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
