Job Context:
∎ A Renowned Garments Accessories Manufacturing Company
∎ Good connection with buying house. We are seeking a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team for meaningful contribution to make brand and to reach the organization goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Develop and implement strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve the targeted sales volume
∎ Develop & implement marketing plan for the subordinate also regular supervision
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
∎ Collect regular marketing data with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidelines to upgrade the market.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ Should have potentiality to development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Prepare brand plan, annual marketing plan with budgets.
∎ Plan, design and implement promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.
∎ Coordinate with Sales Division to determine strategies and plans linked with. distribution, promotional materials and other associated activities.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales official's formalities i.e. to check application form to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader and other colleagues.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Merchandising, Negotiation Skills, Planning, PRESENTATION SKILLS
∎ Good Command in English.
∎ Should be long term planner and must be gentle.
∎ Self-motivated; good communication and interpersonal skills and decision making skills
