∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate sales and Marketing, Good English, Leadership and Good Communication skill, Office Manager, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Tender bidding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time for Corporate and Apartment Sales.
∎ The incumbent must have the ability to lead & organize a sales & marketing team.
∎ Make sales plan to achieve the target.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities as deem by the management.
∎ Do monthly reporting of target and receivable recovery to management
∎ Regular follow-up with existing & prospective clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell apartments.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analysis business activities.
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Create strategic sales and marketing study for policy making to guide top management.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Have the mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Be a strong team player and coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
∎ To have pleasant personality & excellent interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in computer & good command in English.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
