Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of PC assembly & troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS installation & driver setup.
• Ability to repair common laptop hardware problems.
• Knowledge of BIOS, SSD, HDD, RAM, PSU, Motherboard diagnostics.
• Good communication skills with customers.
• Honest, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Assemble and customize desktop PCs based on customer requirements.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops & desktops.
• Perform basic to advanced servicing (OS installation, software issues, hardware replacement, thermal servicing, etc.)
• Identify hardware faults (RAM, SSD/HDD, Motherboard, PSU, Display, Battery, etc.)
• Provide technical support to customers in a professional manner.
• Ensure proper quality control before delivery.
• Maintain service records and job cards.
• Support sales team with technical advice when needed.
