Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master’s in any discipline form Reputed Institute/University.
∎ Graduate in Marketing will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance.
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer.
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications.
∎ Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity.
∎ Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients.
∎ Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
∎ Responsible to submit daily, weekly, monthly sales report to immediate supervisor.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Organizing regular field visits to prospective clients, demonstrating and presenting our work and establishing new businesses & products.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): All kind of PVC, Ink, digital & offset printing machineries such as -
∎ Digital:- Solvent, Eco-Solvent, CNC Router, CO2 Laser, Fiber Laser, Lamination Machine, Cutting Plotter, Reverse Machine etc.
∎ Offset:- BOBST Die Cutting Machine, Auto Envelope Machine, Book Glue Binding Machine, Re-Enforced Double Wall Box Making Machine, Automatic Folder & Gluer Machine, Shopping Bag Making Machine, Flash Cutting Machine, GTO, Demai, Double Demai, LODD, Auto Die Cutting, Folding Machine, Foil Printing Machine, CTP Machine, UV Print Machine etc.
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
∎ Excellent command in MS Office applications.
