Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
∎ Lead the sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and client acquisitions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
∎ Oversee marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, promotional events, and digital marketing efforts.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including culinary, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and synergy in business activities.
∎ Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing performance, including KPIs, ROI, and market insights.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
