The applicants should have experience on AUTO FLOUR MILLS Operations.



Responsibilities & Context:

• Strong knowledge of the local market across Bangladesh specially in khulna division, with the ability to establish dealers and depots for efficient sales channels.

• Conduct logical monthly and yearly sales forecasting, comparing projections with actual sales. Take accountability for unmet targets, identify root causes, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.

• Ensure new product demands are communicated to the factory at least one week before delivery. Plan effectively to align product availability with market demand.

• Establish performance objectives, track progress, and offer consistent feedback to team members.

• Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.

• Develop strategies to enter new markets and increase the company's market share. Collaborate with the costing department and conduct a feasibility study on profitability before proposing new products.

• Monitor sales metrics and KPI, prepare sales reports, and present findings to senior management.

• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance analyses, and market feedback to senior management.
