Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline (marketing subject will be preferred).
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer literacy, Customer relationship, Excellent communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation, Strong interpersonal skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Working as Manager (Sales and Mktg.) in Ctg Region will get preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take initiative to achieve the sales & collection target of the company.
∎ Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
∎ Responsible for credit realization from respective clients/organizations/dealers, etc. on a timely manner.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dealer and client visit plan.
∎ Arrange project/showroom visit for the clients as per requirement.
∎ Collect the required documents from customer.
∎ Ensure Dealers and customer service and resolve complaints, if any
∎ Maintain and update Dealers & customer database.
∎ Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
∎ Maintain good relationship with Peers, Colleagues, and Clients etc.
∎ Identify valuable feedback from clients and provide ideas for Sales & Marketing.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor/Head of Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
