• The applicants should have sound knowledge in marketing and sales.

• Efficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

• Good communication skills both in Bangla & English.

Job Context

• The incumbent shall be working as the "Manager-Sales & Marketing" of the Building Materials - Tiles.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect information about customers, market conditions, competition and provide feedback to management.

• Visit existing and newly constructed Developer Firms, Architect Firms, and ongoing projects of commercial and private buildings in the area.

• Submit promotional Proposal to boost the sales of your territory.

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

• Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.

• Assist line manager in preparing monthly demand plan as per market demand.

• Responsible for achieving targets.

• Prepare and present periodic reports.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
