Educational Requirements:
∎ A relevant bachelor’s degree such as a Bachelor of Tourism & Hospitality Management (BTHM).
∎ Also, a degree in Marketing and Branding Business / Business Administration/Communication, Sports Management, Health, and Wellness will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sell and market to Internal and External markets which may cover the current membership audience at the course, member events, and personal milestone events
∎ Handle sales of club memberships, personal training, and nutrition programs with integrity and enthusiasm
∎ Understand the sales process, products, and services
∎ When not touring, the Manager needs to generate new sales leads through prospecting, continuing to work with current leads, member referrals, old leads, and corporate leads, and making retention calls for canceled members. A minimum of 3 appointments per day is expected
∎ Continuous growth through drive for results
∎ Client partnering
∎ Employee partnering through collaboration and teamwork
∎ Serve as Membership lead mentoring on other staff in product knowledge, features, and benefits, processing procedures, improving conversion rates, suggest learning opportunities to Office Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Club Management, Food Chain shop, Marketing, Retail Outlets
∎ Demonstrated understanding of club/ restaurant operations
∎ Strong communication and persuasion skills
∎ Ability to manage stakeholders
∎ People leadership and coordination
∎ Customer orientation
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
