Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a skilled Manager (Sales and Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet our business objectives. They will also be responsible for managing and motivating our sales and marketing team to achieve their individual targets.
∎ Job Location: ECB Chattar, Dhaka cantt. Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Manage and motivate the sales and marketing teams.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
∎ Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management.
∎ Monitor and report on competitor activity.
∎ Oversee the design and production of marketing materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years' experience in any reputed Real Estate Company, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
∎ Minimum of 5 years' experience in any reputed Real Estate Company.
