Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master Degree
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales plan as per assigned sales target focusing on corporate business segments.
∎ Examine current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues, and product deficiencies to provide business growth and problem resolution recommendations.
∎ Attend existing & potential clients on a regular basis, find out customers' needs, and take necessary action to fulfill those.
∎ Secure strong relationships with existing customers and try to keep them satisfied
∎ Stay informed of competitor activities with sales, collection, credit, and new product entry and report to superiors accordingly.
∎ To build and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ Ensure to receive sales orders and deliver products on time
∎ Coordinate with the corporate sales team as per Business Development policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given to those who have experience in Pharma or Pharma-related sectors.
∎ Proven sales track record and ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
∎ Experience in customer support is a plus.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Experience in project management and sales.
∎ Market knowledge and productivity tools and software.
∎ Close attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
∎ Time management and planning skills.
