∎ Implement and maintain standard operating procedures as per organization policies.
∎ Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ 2. Staff Management:
∎ Supervise restaurant staff.
∎ Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance appraisals.
∎ Maintain a positive work environment, addressing any employee concerns.
∎ Conduct training sessions on service excellence.
∎ 3. Customer Service & Guest Relations:
∎ Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
