∎ Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Service from any recognized institute;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and patient satisfaction;
∎ Nurture a positive and inspiring work environment, motivating and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service;
∎ Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the hospital IPD food service and patient satisfaction;
∎ Collaborate with the Sous Chef to curate extraordinary menus and offerings that tantalize the taste buds of our discerning clientele;
∎ Continuously monitor industry trends, market demands, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition;
∎ Address patient complaints regarding food and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner;
∎ Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets;
∎ Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for both staff and patient & his attendant.
∎ The job description may be changed /revised if the management deemed necessary;
∎ Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management as & when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Initially first one-month candidate will work in Labaid Hospitals Dhaka;
∎ Manager should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital IPD Service / Hotel/ Restaurant for at least a similar position 10 years.
