Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience for Air Ticketing & Reservations on Amadeus, Galileo & Saber GDS/ VRS system,
∎ IATA and BSP Payment knowledge is a must.
∎ Should be Familiar with Re-Issue, Re-Validation, and Refund and up gradation.
∎ Experience in web based airlines reservation systems.
∎ Keep up to date information about airline rules & policies and ADM policies.
∎ Experience of booking hotels & transfers.
∎ Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
∎ Provide visa related information to applicants.
∎ Obtaining information from clients and making travel arrangements as per their specifications.
∎ Designing cost-effective travel packages that suit clients' needs and budgets.
∎ Explaining flight, transportation, and accommodation options to clients.
∎ Making recommendations regarding travel safety, visas, and immunizations.
∎ Updating and recording all client information on the database.
∎ Booking excursions, flights, and hotels, as well as arranging transport according to client specifications.
∎ Negotiating the best rates with hotels, rental companies, tour guides, and restaurants.
∎ Answering all clients' questions and addressing complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Conducting research, which may include visiting hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
∎ Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and maintaining client confidentiality.

∎ Experience Requirements: At least 5 years of experience, Airline Ticketing/Reservation, Experience as a Hajj/Umrah Tour Guide will get extra advantages.
∎ Ability to learn and adapt with new software and technology.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge in MS Excel & Word.
∎ Good typing skill (Bangla & English).
∎ Must have Fluent English.
∎ Honest and ethical mind setup.
