- Proper knowledge and experience regarding Maritime Studies, Shipping & Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional experience in vessel operation, break-bulk Vessel, Coastal Vessel, logistics, or maritime operations chartering, documentation and cargo handling
- Strong knowledge of international shipping laws, maritime regulations, and port operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in shipping documentation and reporting
- Ability to manage crews, agents, and shipping schedules efficiently
- Computer literacy
