Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a typology-based licensing database of the entire network (134 clinics) and update the status of each license.
∎ Collaborate with the Clinic Managers, evaluate all steps related to licensing requirements and guide them in the preparation of documentation prior to applications.
∎ Coordinate with GoB stakeholders to understand the regulations and legislation (in case of review/changes) related to licensing activities and ensure proper guidance to the Clinic Managers.
∎ Prepare and submit reports for all statutory licensing requirements, application forms and manage all communications with the Clinic Managers and perform proactive audits on licensing.
∎ Coordinate with senior management and ensure necessary support on time for any exceptional circumstances to complete the licensing activities.
∎ Assist the licensing consultant to liaise with the Director-General of Health Secretariate (DGHS), Director General of Family Planning (DGFP) and Director General of Drug Administration (DGDA), Mayor of City Corporation/Local Municipality, Department of Environment Control, Fire and Civil Service Defense and Department of Narcotics Control among others for obtaining necessary licenses required by SHN Clinics across the country.
∎ Ensure that the licensing consultant follows up with the relevant GoB Officials for any complexity raised in obtaining Licenses and provide them with necessary/relevant information.
∎ Coordinate with the licensing consultant for providing advisory in preparing necessary documentation prior to submission and remediate documentation gap in consultation with concern SHN stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate between Clinic Managers and the consultant in the preparation of supporting documents and infrastructural readiness prior to applications for licenses.
∎ Cross-examine the bills/invoices submitted by the licensing consultant with corresponding purchase order and renewed copy of each license.
∎ Track the expiry of each license (clinic-wise) and inform the licensing consultant to prepare and submit necessary documentations to the relevant GoB on time.
∎ List out all complex issues and report to the line supervisor for obtaining support from Compliance or any other department.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the line supervisor.
