Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science / Development Studies / English / Gender Studies from any recognised university with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.00 in all academic examinations

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in designing of technical and financial proposal in collaboration with programme team and Programme Development, Resource Mobilisation and Learning (PRL) department
∎ Identify new areas for GJ&D interventions and programmatic expansions and develop new project/ interventions designs and implementation strategies and plans accordingly
∎ Search and identify new funding opportunities and coordinate with relevant stakeholder for decision making processes, ensure compliance with programme's strategy and organisational strategies and procedures
∎ Contribute to develop and update a resource mobilisation strategy on identified theories of change, programme strategies and strategic plans to ensure diversification of resource base and identified funding needs are met
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the safeguarding goals while acting as a key source of support, guidance and expertise for establishing a safe working environment in accordance to its reporting procedures. Practice, promote, encourage and endorse the safeguarding policy and implementation standards among team members in case of any reportable incident
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of working experience with NGOs on project design
∎ Familiar with the gender and development issues in the context of Bangladesh
∎ Understanding of programme development/ project proposal writing in development sectors
∎ Good writing skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Demonstrated analytical ability and understanding of local and regional political context and the ability to creatively conceptualise relevant grant activities
