Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have above 5-6 years experiences in respective field in well reputed high compliance industry working with top international brands like as M&S, C&A, H&M, American Eagle, Mango, Puma etc.
∎ Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.
∎ 14 lines maintain.
∎ Maintain proper KPI target/ Ratio.
∎ Must be able to handle Buyers independently.
∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations.
∎ Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets.
∎ Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials booking and delivery.
∎ Plan and follow up external factories for timely shipment.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adaptable with any work situation in a least possible time.
∎ Willingness to work in different shifts.
∎ Good interpersonal-communication skill to deal with people at all levels.
∎ Good knowledge in computer (MS word, Excel, Power point).
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
