Job Context:

We are a leading Garments (sweater, Woven) manufacturing company seeking a proactive and result-oriented professional to lead our Lean and Process Excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, eliminating waste, and fostering a continuous improvement culture throughout the factory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives across all production processes.

• Analyse current manufacturing practices and identify areas for improvement using Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).

• Train and mentor department heads and line supervisors on Lean principles and process optimisation.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure performance improvements in production, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce non-value-added activities.

• Ensure the sustainability of Lean culture through regular audits, reviews, and employee engagement programs.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on progress, ROI, and project outcomes.
