Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ B.com / Masters in any discipline from any reputed university/ MBA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for Sales Target Achievement.
∎ Generate monthly reports which highlight: Plan vs Achieved Sales, if shortfall, explain valid reason, etc.
∎ Ensure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to CEO respectively.
∎ Arrange weekly or monthly training session to provide the standard procedure with motivation
∎ Monitor, Supervise & Control overall company operations includes administration all activities.
∎ Support this technical system POS SOFTWARE & Time Attendance System, CCTV and also Product Barcode
∎ Responsible to arrange all occasion of company as per management requirement.
∎ Monitor operational performance of the business concern and suggest the ways to improve existing performance.
∎ Need close monitoring digital marketing like Facebook page+ instagram + youtube and others
∎ Check regularly repeat Clients and new client status and also arrange the sales call to feel Corporate Flavor
∎ Regular visit the branch and back office as when required
∎ Update and establish standard store and inventory management policy & planning then review time to time
∎ Physical verification and reconciliation regularly of all types of store stock and inventory
∎ Prepare different types of report weekly or monthly basis and submit to CEO or Top management
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ English Medium background is highly preferred
∎ At least 5 year(s) of direct MANAGERIAL and RELEVANT position experience in reputed corporate Retail environment
∎ ABLE TO MANAGE MULTIPLE BRANCHES WITH SELF DRIVEN are highly preferable
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales/ Marketing/Customer Care
∎ Possess good sales techniques and negotiation skills.
∎ Be passionate and have the drive and determination to meet / exceed set goals.
∎ Actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion.
∎ Present one-self in an appropriate manner i.e. dress code and personal hygiene.
∎ Voice Quality: Should have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone
∎ Good listening skill: Must have abilities to understand others' tone quite quickly
∎ Communication Skills:
∎ You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have. Strong oral and written communication skill in English - Must be able to provide service to foreigners
∎ You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package (Especially MS Excel).
