∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on Airline Ticketing & Reservation, Creating PNR, issuing and reissuing ticket using GDS (Galileo/ Sabre/ Amadeus).
∎ Building Relationship with Airlines and Corporate Customers.
∎ Ability to manage corporate clients. Attend meetings & brief sessions at corporate clients.
∎ Expert to process online and manual visa application form with knowledge in required documents for different countries.
∎ Arranged and confirmed International/Domestic ticket issuance for one-side, return, and connecting flight journey and handle refunds/re issues.
∎ Knowledge in online hotel booking, reservations, domestic and global package tours
∎ Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts
∎ Sound knowledge on Word press & update information as regular basis on social networking pages.
∎ Coordination indoor & outdoor duties with customers, agents, corporate works as an integrated member of sales team
∎ The incumbent should be target oriented & handling, managing & developing Travels & Tourism business. It will be an additional advantage if have sound knowledge on Digital Marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Visa Processing, Immigration Consultant, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agent
∎ Excellence in communication skills, both verbal and written (Bengal & English).
∎ Ability to work under pressure, multitasking, flexible work rotation
∎ Experience with website optimization tools.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)
