Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Master’s in Finance/Banking/Economics from reputed university from home or abroad
∎ No third division in entire academic record
∎ Candidates having any relevant professional qualification e.g. CA partly qualified (CC or Knowledge level qualified) will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Communication skill, Computer skill, MICROSOFT OFFICE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Capital Market Investment, Financial Institute, Operations, Relationship Managment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Venture Capital Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day to day startups operational activities and become the public face of the company
∎ Coordinating with Board of Directors and other stakeholders for implementation of the business strategies and policies as per guiding principles
∎ Explore new business ideas, acquire sustainable customer base and corporate level service agreement
∎ Develop pitch deck as guided by the Management for potential investors, customers and partners and proactively engage in various high-profile public presentations activities
∎ Maintain liaison with regulators and stakeholders of the industry
∎ To prepare agenda (if necessary in consultation with the MD), required papers and present papers to the board/ members of meetings or committee
∎ To attend board meetings (when & as required/ or as per MD’s instruction) and taking minutes of such meetings
∎ To assist in preparation of contracts and agreements as may be required which may also include liaison with legal counsel
∎ To ensure all meetings are minuted and that the minutes accurately reflect the views of the board
∎ To keep under close review of all legislative, regulatory and corporate governance developments that might affect the Company's operations, and to ensure the Board is fully briefed on these and that it has regard to them when taking decisions
∎ To properly maintain records of Board Meetings, Board Committee Meetings, resolution, RJSC’s documents, meeting minutes and all business letters, notices and other official publications issued by Company Secretariat
∎ To manage relations with investors, board members, company’s offices, government agencies, regulatory bodies and other organizations
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years working experience in any leading startups/MFS/Financial Institute out of which at least 2 years in operational role in relevant Institution
∎ Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Bangla
∎ Possess good communication
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work with teams and build consensus in diverse settings
∎ Fluency in English language is absolutely essential
∎ Outstanding communication and people skills
∎ Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
∎ Knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
