Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare operational annual production plan of washing plant & follow up quality production as per plan;
∎ Ensure operation of the washing plant as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and on time resolution of technical issues;
∎ Ensure safety of the plant, maintain healthy work environment and co-ordination among all related Departments of the group to achieve company's goal.
∎ Assure policy conformance and enforce plant rules and regulation
∎ Initiate in cost saving of production specially the Chemicals Cost
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Working experience in a large knit washing plant with branded buyer like C&A, H&M, M&S, G-Star, CELIO, Verner, S-Oliver, etc.;
∎ Should be excellent team leader with smart personality;
∎ Must have Good English Communication skill and Presentation skill;
∎ Energetic, confident, enthusiastic and proactive.
∎ Team Building capability
∎ The applicant must have at least 2 years experience in the same position in a large washing factory.
