Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations.
∎ • Co-Ordinate with the factories & ensure the smooth production.
∎ • Set and regulate product pricing using results of market and demand analysis
∎ • Oder merchandise after analyzing season, sales, trend & inventory stock
∎ • Prepare yearly and season based promotional plan & budget
∎ • Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of a retail store.
∎ • Generates ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trend.
∎ • Conduct feasibility study for opening new store.
∎ • Ensuring all Initiatives are appropriately resourced, planned, communicated and executed to meet budget, timeframes and quality standards
∎ • Ownership of the budget and P&L account ensuring that cost and revenue targets are achieved with effective use of resources
∎ • Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve financial goals
∎ • Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet.
∎ • Inventory Management: Monitor stock turnover rate & match the pace within the set guideline, maintain high compliance of shrinkage, identifying fast & slow-moving items and ensure effective replenishment accordingly.
∎ • Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues
∎ • Works with the Managing Director and other store in-charge to influence the creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for the sales Teams and ensures there are systems in place to enable the shop managers to receive the information in a timely manner
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ • Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Outstanding communication and Negotiation skills
∎ • Knowledge on Fashion design would be add as additional quality
∎ • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
∎ • Analytical abilities and problem solving skills
