Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's in any discipline form Reputed Institute/University
∎ Graduate in Marketing wilI be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
∎ Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success.
∎ Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
∎ Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Negotiating sponsorship deals.
∎ Lead promotional activities for the event.
∎ Organize sponsored events.
∎ Managing branding and communication.
∎ Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.).
∎ Approve all aspects before the day of the event.
∎ Developing event feedback surveys.
∎ Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
∎ Generate new idea to make the activity more effective
∎ Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools..
∎ Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
∎ Expertise on budgeting of BTL activities.
∎ Conduct agency briefing to collect implementation plan from the agency.
∎ Execute urgent required event /activation.
∎ Bill processing & streamline BTL vendors & ensure 100% compliance in terms of brand guideline & SOP.
∎ Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
∎ Analyze the event's success and prepare reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s) experiences are allowed to apply.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area s): (Advertising & Promotion Brand Budgeting, Planning /Development, Branding, Event/Campaign coordination).
∎ Ability to work fast, effectively and independently in often high pressure environments, working across a number of teams to deliver high output
∎ Experience in advertising, BTL marketing, design and production.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and meet the deadline.
∎ Project management experience.
∎ Good leadership skills.
∎ Good time management.
∎ Strong communication skill with positive mind set, Will in to travel extensively across the country.
∎ Sound presentation and MS office and MS Power Point/Prezi software skills.
∎ Excellent training, facilitation, and team building skills.
∎ Innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
