We are looking for some highly experienced Sales professional as a National Sales Manager (NSM) for the whole country wide as national coverage. All candidates must have to be experienced of Aluminium Profile Selling who will be agile, dynamic & career ambitious experienced as Sales Professionals.
Conduct logical monthly and yearly sales forecasting, comparing projections with actual sales. Take accountability for unmet targets, identify root causes, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
Ensure new product demands are communicated to the factory at least one week before delivery.
Plan effectively to align product availability with market demand.
Establish performance objectives, track progress, and offer consistent feedback to team members.
Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Develop strategies to enter new markets and increase the company`s market share.
Collaborate with the costing department and conduct a feasibility study on profitability before proposing new products.
Monitor sales and prepare sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance analyses, and market feedback to senior management.
Supervise Field Officer ( FO ) and distributor to achieve given sales target.
Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve the monthly sales targets.
Plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize the market gap.
Day-to-day monitoring of sales & collection achievement to achieve monthly target.
Motivate & train the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
Manage the sales personnel professionally and be responsible for the sales team`s activities.
Plan periodic visits to the distributors and retailers to develop new distributor & increase sales targets.
Arranging market development programs to boost relations and sales.
