• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Textile Engineering
• Masters

• B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

• Candidates with relevant experience in ERP systems, MIS operations, ERP implementation, and functional support will receive preference.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in the garments or textile manufacturing industry will be preferred.

• Practical experience with ERP implementation, user support, and ERP-based reporting will be an added advantage.

• Maximum age: 35 years.

• Good understanding of ERP systems, MIS operations, and manufacturing business processes.

• Familiarity with ERP modules such as Merchandising, Planning, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Stores, Commercial, and Shipment.

• Good command of MS Excel, Power BI, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to analyze operational data, prepare management reports, and identify data discrepancies.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to train ERP users, maintain data accuracy, and support continuous system improvement.

• Proficiency in Bangla and English.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

The company invites applications from qualified, proactive, and technology-oriented professionals for the position of Manager - MIS to support and strengthen its ERP operations, management reporting and business process automation across its factory operations in Tongi and Mawna, Gazipur.

Job Location: Tongi & Mawna, Gazipur

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day ERP and MIS operations and provide functional support to users of Logicsoft Platform ERP.

• Monitor ERP transactions and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data entered by different departments.

• Support ERP modules covering Merchandising, Planning, MCD, Purchase & Procurement, Fabric and Garments Production, Commercial, Printing, AOP, Embroidery, Washing, Yarn Dyeing, and Trims & Accessories.

• Assist users with Buyer Order Entry, Pre-Costing/Budgeting, Fabric and Trims Booking, Yarn Allocation, Production Planning, Inventory, Store, Purchase, and Shipment-related transactions.

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Management and relevant departments.

• Develop and maintain ERP-based dashboards and reports using MS Excel and Power BI.

• Identify ERP transaction errors, data inconsistencies, and operational gaps, and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely correction.

• Support ERP implementation, new module deployment, system testing, master data maintenance, and process improvements.

• Conduct ERP user training and provide guidance on system procedures, data entry standards, and departmental workflows.

• Maintain documentation of ERP issues, resolutions, system changes, user feedback, and pending activities.

• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve operational efficiency through ERP and digital tools.

• Ensure timely reporting and provide reliable data to support management decisions.

• Perform any other MIS/ERP-related responsibilities assigned by Management.
