Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
IEB membership or eligibility for membership will be an advantage.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, building maintenance, or industrial infrastructure management.
Experience in the RMG sector or other industrial facilities will be preferred.
Practical experience in contractor supervision, BOQ preparation, building inspection, and project coordination is desirable.
Good knowledge of construction materials, structural drawings, and building maintenance.
Familiarity with BNBC, NFPA, fire and life safety requirements, and factory compliance standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, FEM Model and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, problem-solving, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments at the factory site.

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee factory building maintenance, civil construction, infrastructure improvement, and building safety-related activities at our manufacturing facility.
Job Location: Gazipur (Tongi & Sreepur)
Key Responsibilities
Supervise factory building maintenance, renovation, repair, and civil construction works.
Inspect buildings, floors, roofs, walls, staircases, drainage systems, and other infrastructure to identify defects and potential risks.
Coordinate structural assessments and ensure timely implementation of recommendations from qualified structural engineers.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, work schedules, and material requirements for civil projects.
Monitor contractors, construction quality, project costs, and work progress.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, applicable building regulations, BNBC, and relevant safety requirements.
Coordinate infrastructure improvements related to fire safety, emergency exits, safe access, and workplace safety.
Maintain engineering drawings, inspection reports, maintenance schedules, and project records.
Coordinate with HR & Compliance, Maintenance, Administration, and other departments to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Support factory audits, safety inspections, and corrective action implementation.
