∎ Candidates Having Professional Degree in Apparel Merchandising would be given preference/

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD, Fashion Designing, Inspection, International Marketing, Merchandising, Production, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working Experience in Sweater.
∎ Should be able to handle an account/Customer independently.
∎ Need to have a good track record in working with Systems and Experience in Managing T/A and Critical Path Management.
∎ Able to Follow up 4 to 5 team member, Price Quotation & analyze.
∎ Communication with liaison office, Factory people, Other related departments/section of the Company.
∎ Execution of Production.
∎ Lead the team/act as an effective team member understanding company&buyer COC.
∎ Any Special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
∎ Introduce new Customer&develop.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bengali mandatory.
∎ Candidates having professional Certificate in MS Office will be Preferred.
∎ Must be self motivated hard working person who can work under tremendous pressure.
∎ Must be result driven working experience in KPI system will be Preferred.
∎ Who Can Contribute with new ideas and innovation.
