Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any recognized University including MBA in Medical Devices Technology.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will be responsible for :
∎ Lead marketing activities full lifecycle for the innovative remote monitoring Medical devices and systems.
∎ Upstream and downstream responsibility.
∎ Perform Market Research Analysis, identify Market Trends, Key Opinion Leaders and Key Market Drivers.
∎ Define the product strategy and roadmap collaborating with key company functions.
∎ Deliver Product Development Plans with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
∎ Be an expert with respect to the competition Medical Device products.
∎ Act as a leader within the company.
∎ Supporting the development of Sales & Marketing plans to launch new products in the Medical Devices and make them growing.
∎ Providing feedback to the Development teams on new feature releases.
∎ Exploring how to best get to product market fit.
∎ Creating a seamless customer onboarding and support experience with R&D and Management Teams.
∎ Acting as an advocate of the Medical Devices Product within the Medical Devices Products.
∎ Visit to clients as per business requirements.
∎ Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time all over Bangladesh to promote Products in the different Clinics / Hospitals etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants who has got experience for Medical Devices and Hospital Products only they can apply.
∎ 10 years working experience as a Manager for Medical Devices & Hospital Products ONLY and lead a strong Team.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Has an excellent track record and demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), Medical/Engineering preferred.
∎ Technical background, with experience in Medical Device Market.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills, dedicated team player.
∎ Strong listening skills.
∎ Ability to drive projects into a dynamic and challenging environment.
∎ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
∎ Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
