Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to Develop Sales Plan, Budget, Strategy and lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Must be self motivated, dynamic, strong analytical skills, organizational skills, leadership skills, result oriented and work collaborator .
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Ceramic Bricks/ Tiles,Steel,Cement and Real Estate sector marketing.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Develop creative sales technique and tracts to meet business goals.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Conduct market survey on competitor's activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ Organizing related team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing executives so as to enhance team building/spirit.
∎ Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ Experience in Ceramic Brick Manufacturing Industries , Steel Manufacturing Industries,Cement Manufacturing Industries/ Real Estate/Developer company.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have computer knowledge.
