Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate sales and Marketing
Job Context:
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant business of ceramics marketing;
∎ Extensive knowledge on manufacturing industry operation and related commercial knowledge of trading
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, guide and control activities of Marketing Department;
∎ Formulate policies and guidelines for proper functioning of the department;
∎ Communicate company objectives and expectations with various departments and obtain feedback for continuous improvement of quality, productivity and Business scope;
∎ Achieve annual Budget and monitor its improvement;
∎ Customer/ client visits for Deposits booking and looking for new avenues;
∎ Explore new areas of business in Bangladesh;
∎ Take initiatives to establish long term profitable relationships with customers;
∎ Report periodically and as necessary to the Management;
∎ Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
